SHIPPING INFORMATION

As soon as you we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email including your order number. Once your order is packed up and ready to go we will send you a second email with a tracking number to let you follow the journey hour by hour.

We ship orders Monday – Friday 9am-6pm CET with exception of Swedish National Holidays.

Orders in our system before 11am are shipped the same day. Kindly note that all orders are subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

All orders within the European Union are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) - i.e. your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

If you refuse your order or if we cannot deliver the goods because of wrong or faulty information, we will deduct the shipping and any other fees such as import taxes and duties that have been added, from your refund.

RETURNS

You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery.

If you should wish to return a product, please send an email to info@ropewalkstudio.com within 14 days following your purchase on our web shop. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to us.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, of course you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product to us. We will replace the product to a new product, but if the product is out of stock we repay you the amount. Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping cost.
